  The carpet runners I bought are very dangerous and of low quality because they won't lay flat and are easy to trip over. Also customer service is not up to par as they took 5 days to ship and another 4 days to get to me, with no updates from them. I tried to leave this review on their site but was told that the review did not meet their standards!!! REALLY!

  I wouldn't order products from this company.
  I ordered 2 of the same product in March. Only after placing the order did I receive an email that claimed I would receive my order in mid May.
  I said ok, whatever, I'm not in a rush. Today I get a new email, the product you ordered (over a month and a half ago) is now on back order and we estimate we will get more in 30 days! Needless to say I canceled the order from the company who only seems to know how to take my money but never give me their product.
