  Great caring instructors. High energy. They really push you. Very focused team that's very service oriented (front of house staff, included). They want you to succeed but at your own pace. Really enjoy the workouts and am in the best shape of my life.

  I joined and they screwed up my login. I wasn't able to schedule/reserve classes online and when I tried calling the next day when they opened the spots were full. Consequently I wasn't able to use my membership. It was a 6 month commitment and once that time was over I asked my membership be terminated. That was June of 2016...I am still being charged each month into 2018! I may need to shut down my accounts to end this nightmare!

  LOVE OTF Bannockburn!!!!! The coaches are very knowledgeable and motivating and the front of the house staff is amazing. I definitely recommend joining this gym to all my friends and family. They give you all the tools and knowledge to meet your fitness goals!!!
